Perfect for grandparents and young kids! → The deck is 2ish feet off the ground and does not have a railing so please be careful. → Yard is not landscaped so it's a natural setting with lots of Tahoe dirt and rocks! → Like most homes in Tahoe, this home does NOT have AC. If coming during July or August, it can be in the mid to high 80s. We do provide fans. → After you book, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement. → The total occupancy is for adults and does not include children 5 & under so extra kids are welcome. Just make sure there are enough beds for the kiddos! Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked owner closets. Other things to note Pet Rules - We welcome responsible pet owners and up to 2 well behaved dogs. - Please add the # of pets to the reservation. - Dogs must be potty trained so no puppies or pee pads please. - Pet owners must pick up ALL dog poop before checking out. - Pets cannot be left unattended unless in a crate (trust us, this is when damage happens). - Pets must be kept off all furniture and bedding. Pet hair found on furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning charges. - You are responsible for any and all pet related damage including carpet cleans and door scratches. - Pets must be leashed on walks in the neighborhood. ✧ Vacation Rental Ordinance ✧ We welcome guests who are in compliance with El Dorado County's Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be a charge of up to $2,000 to cover county fines. In rare cases, guests may be asked to leave our home and forfeit their reservation. We do our best to communicate with and warn our guests before it comes to that.
