The Starfish at Seaside Retreat, your unique place in paradise, is a beautifully renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath, second floor apartment located mid island in a tranquil neighborhood. Two blocks to the beach with easy beach access points. Relax in comfort on the front porch sipping your favorite drink while the sunsets stream light through the palms. Hotel style linens and towels help you rest well for a full day of sun and fun! The space This property is located mid-island with the beach access just steps across Estero Boulevard. The white sugar sand beaches are the cleanest on the island. A quiet relaxing location for that desired getaway, yet just a short walk along the beach is a kiosk for jet-ski rentals, parasailing rides, and even dolphin tours along a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach. Super convenient to the supermarket and an upscale bistro on the bay. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. The property has a fantastic lanai porch with ambient evening lighting that leads to the property entrance. The nicely furnished living area has comfy sofa, TV with Roku and YouTubeTV. Dining area finds a table seating 4, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multi-course dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning. There is a beautifully decorated bedroom with a queen size bed, closet, and plenty of dresser space and there is a Queen sleep sofa in the living room. The property has a common area with a washer and dryer and a propane grill. You’ll also find parking space accommodating two vehicles. There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sight seeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well. For our guests with allergies, this property is non-smoking. Dog friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Limit of two. Fee is $20 per night per dog. Following your booking you will receive a Vacation Rental Agreement and other documentation that requires your electronic signature to receive Check-In Instructions containing the property access code. You must be 25 years of age to rent this property and may need to show proof with valid driver’s license or other ID. If determined you are not 25 years of age or failure to produce valid ID showing your age to be 25 or older, we have the right to cancel your reservation with no penalties.
