Welcome to The Chattanooga Luxury House with an additional guest house. We are located at the foot of Lookout Mountain, in Historic St. Elmo. Sleeps 10 This gorgeous house is large, new, clean & beautifully designed. 3 minute walk to Mr T's pizza, the incline railway, coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, yoga, indoor rock climbing, ice cream, a brewery & so much more! The space Our Guarantee: We designed every inch to accommodate you to the best of our ability. We focus on cleanliness, safety and comfort. After traveling and staying in Airbnb's worldwide, our experiences have varied wildly. We quickly learned that, as guests, we needed a place that felt like home away from home. So, we promised each other that when we had our Airbnb, we would provide a space, that we ourselves, would like. We highly value cleanliness & want to provide you a place where you feel comfortable to kick back and relax. This property consists of the main house and the guesthouse. When you rent this space you get both units which sleep a total of 10 people. 2. Sleeping: The home has 2 king size beds. 1 in the upstairs master bedroom and 1 in the guesthouse apartment. The main house also has 1 queen and 2 sets of bunk beds with twin mattresses. 3. Both the main house and guesthouse have 1 flights of stairs with handrail. 4. This is a smoke Free Property 5. Absolutely no parties 6. absolutely no pets as this is our home and my wife and I have severe allergies to pet dander. Other things to note Before making a reservation please be aware that: 1. The parking space in front of the home is on an an incline and only for unloading. There is a parking lot 200 feet from the house where you will park during your stay. 2. The home has stairs in the main house and the guesthouse. However, It has a full queen bedroom suite on the first floor. 3. This is a no pets property. My wife and I have severe allergies to pet dander and this is our home.
