This property consists of the main house and the guesthouse. When you rent this space you get both units which sleep a total of 8 people. 2. Sleeping: The home has 2 king size beds. 1 in the upstairs master bedroom and 1 in the guesthouse apartment. The main house also has 2 queen mattresses. 3. Both the main house and guesthouse have 1 flights of stairs with handrail. 4. This is a smoke Free Property 5. Absolutely no parties 6. absolutely no pets as this is our home and my wife and I have severe allergies to pet dander. Other things to note Before making a reservation please be aware that: 1. The parking space in front of the home is on an an incline and only for unloading. There is a parking lot 200 feet from the house where you will park during your stay. 2. The home has stairs in the main house and the guesthouse. However, It has a full queen bedroom suite on the first floor. 3. This is a no pets property. My wife and I have severe allergies to pet dander and this is our home.
