The space With 1 cozy studio bedroom and a pullout couch, there is enough room for everyone to relax and unwind. There is a large dumpster onsite, at checkout all trash should be dispose of. If the bin is overflowing please notify your host. All boxes must be broken down. Although you will feel like you aren't in the desert with the mature trees and greenery, be cautious of wildlife. It may be pretty but not always friendly. If you see a snake or any other animal please dial 911 watch it from a safe distance and do not touch. This is a shared property with our guest reservations. Any shipped packages will be delivered to front unit doorstep on the right. Head straight to the back of the property to The Cabin at Sahuarita Village, park in front of the unit. Front door has a smart door lock. Guest access If gate isn't open it is just chained not locked. Please enter and you can leave it open. Follow driveway to back left of property. Smart lock is on front door. We also have a backup key onsite only when needed. Since this is rural area there are often people riding horses on horseback. If you are on a dirt road you took a wrong turn. This is residential so observe quiet hours between 8pm -8am. Other things to note There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.
