Water's Edge Getaway

This calming Bungalow faces Muskegon Lake to enjoy amazing sunrises. It has 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor with shared access to a full bathroom. There is a half bath on main floor. Slider off kitchen opens to a large fenced in backyard, deck, grill, table, chairs plus a fire table. Shed has games, bikes, 2 kayaks. Pere Marquette beach is a 10 minute stroll away. After spending a day playing, walk down to grab good eats at The Deck on the beach and be entertained with Live music, great food & drinks. The space We are close enough to Lake Michigan to hear the waves on a windy day and across the street from Lake Muskegon to watch boats and gorgeous sunrises from any window. We don't own the lot across the street but the view is amazing. We have 3 adult bikes, 2 smaller and 1 scooter available to ride through the quaint Bluffton neighborhood. We do not provide helmets for sanitary reasons. Upstairs main bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. Second bedroom has comfortable twin beds; one is XLT. Shower/tub combo upstairs is a shared access to both bedrooms, 1/2 bath only on main. Lake access 200 feet from the house to put in 2 kayaks. Life jackets must be worn by all users. Adults over 21 must accompany any child. We do not recommend any kids under 12. Bring your own boat to park in our alleyway. Must gain pre-approval from owner because of length etc. Fenced in back yard gives you space to stretch out and play corn hole or relax in the evening. Sit on the spacious deck with a drink after a long day in the sun. This is an older, inviting, well appointed home with wood floors that squeek a bit. We like the nostalgia. This is strictly a no smoking/no vaping, no loud party/no pets of any kind place. Please don't rent it if you cannot treat it with respect and the utmost care. Our Basement Laundry area is useful for cleaning and hanging clothes. One day we might have it more finished. But not yet. Green Garbage gets set out in the back alley every Sunday night for Monday morning pickup. Guest access You have access to the entire main home and the shed. The little house on the back property is not being used at this time and closed for now. Other things to note Once you wake up and sip a cup looking out the front window watching the sun rise...you'll wonder how quickly you can return.
