With in-town proximity to Boyne City restaurants, shops, beach and festivals, our newly renovated home is perfect for a northern Michigan getaway! 10 minutes to Ski! The space The completion of renovations in 2024 prepared this cottage with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Plenty of lighting, new mattresses, bedding and bath towels, charging stations, hair dryer, and bath amenities, as well as a well-stocked kitchen, will enhance your experience. MAIN FLOOR: Bedroom with 1 queen bed and ample closet space Full bathroom with complimentary toiletries Open living/dining area with 55" smart TV television with ROKU, games, and books Fully stocked kitchen/pantry SECOND FLOOR: Loft-style bedroom with 2 queen beds and ample closet space 43" Smart television with ROKU Workspace / Game Table OUTSIDE: Backyard has a pergola and deck, a Solo Stove and 6 Adirondack chairs. Garage has CornHole and extra chairs. Driveway will hold up to 3 cars and/or a large boat or snowmobile trailer. Parking on street is also available. Outdoor grill (spring/summer/fall) Guest access Access to the full house including laundry in the basement. Other things to note All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions.
