The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and has a private drive, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, ensuring plenty of parking space for 3+ vehicles. This custom-designed luxury home has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 living areas, and a dedicated game room. Each bedroom has it’s own Smart TV and ample closet space for storage. The fully equipped kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, necessary cooking accessories, and large counter tops! After a day of exploring, enjoy an evening by the indoor electric fireplace, light a fire in the outdoor firepit, or take a dip in the hot tub! This family-friendly home also features a game room with pool table, board games, and more! Please monitor your noise levels at all times. *No pets allowed. * No Smoking inside the cabin *No parties and no unauthorized guests allowed. *The home’s maximum capacity is 10 registered guests. **BUGS: Since the cabin is located in the mountains, it's possible to encounter bugs or critters despite regular pest control. In case you come across any unwelcome guests, rest assured we will promptly send someone right away to address any issues. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. _______________________________________________________________ FAQ 1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, and washcloths. 2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide you with one set/Starter Pack of travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash per full bathroom. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, we’ll also provide you with paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry pods. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. 3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, waffle maker, crock-pot, various size pots & pans, and Keurig Coffee Maker. 4. Do you provide any baby items? –We provide a high chair, Pack-N-Play. 5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes. There is a Electric grill on Main Level Deck 6. Do you provide firewood? – No need, the fireplace is Electric. 7. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay. 8. Is there a community clubhouse and pool area? – No 9. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must checkout prior to 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. 10. How is the drive up to the cabin? - The roads are well-maintained and paved. 11. Do I need a 4-wheel drive? – It is recommended Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. 12. What TV package/channels do you provide? – Our TVs are either Roku TVs or connected to Roku 14. What type of internet do you provide? – We provide unlimited high-speed (1GB) internet with Wi-Fi.
