Conveniently located 3 miles off I-81 at exit 50 & close to Kingsport TN, enjoy your stay in a 33' long motor home located near our home. Great for a stop along the way, a local event/festival, easy weekend glamping, or a contract job in the area. It has a private bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom w/shower, living room with a full-size convertible sofa/bed, a dinette that converts to a bed, a reclining chair, and a fully equipped kitchen. It's a bit of country living on a working farm. The space The RV is located on a working farm, surrounded by working farms. There are various farm animals that live on the property. You might find chickens, ducks, turkeys, rabbits, or a horses close by to watch for a spell. We do have a Livestock Guardian Dog on the property who works nights. There are also wild animals in the area, including deer, wild rabbits, skunks, opossums, and even an occasional coyote. The RV is situated to enjoy the sunrise. There are some camping chairs for reclining outside the RV. There is a yard space outside the RV available to guests for their use. Parking is available in front of the RV. Other things to note Farm fresh eggs are available for $3 per dozen or 25¢ each. We leave a dozen in the fridge, honor system, with a payment jar on the counter. If you need more, please just let us know. The RV is not wheelchair accessible. There are steps for entry/exit. We do ask guests not to feed any of the animals on the property. As a working farm, we do grow our own food, which includes harvesting animals from time to time. We use electric and barbed wire fencing to contain animals on the property and within certain areas of the farm, be aware and cautious around the fencing. We have a working Livestock Guardian Dog on the property, who works during the night to keep our livestock safe. So far, Winnie has been sweet to all humans she meets, but she is always working and should be left alone. The house and the farm are under renovation, but we have carved out an area exclusive to the RV and our guests.
