Only a 15 minute walk from downtown, where guests can enjoy eateries, shopping, or hop on the PRT to athletic events.Enjoy the outdoors with friends & family on the back deck equipped with a black stone for cooking & a stone hearth that is perfect for cozy evenings by a crackling fire. The newly renovated & thoughtfully furnished living space invites you to decompress with comfort in mind! The space We invite you to gather for meals in the snug breakfast nook, put a favorite show or movie on in the living room, enjoy ample natural light for reading in the sunroom, or decompress in the privacy of each bedroom designed with quality & comfort in mind. The office is equipped with a monitor making it ideal for remote work. The kitchen is fully equipped from dishwear and utensils to a coffee maker, making it ideal for shorter or longer stays. Outside we have two main lots for lounging around on warm days. The upper yard is the perfect place to find shade under a tree to enjoy the outdoors. The side lot is great for pets to get some energy out. We have accessible on street parking across from the cottage. We are located walking distance from downtown and waterfront area with plenty of breweries, eateries, and shops to explore. A short car ride to cheat lake & surrounding hiking trails. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house & the surrounding yard. Other things to note This is an 1800’s historical cottage that backs to the woods. Although regular preventative measures are taken, some bugs & an occasional mouse may find their way into the house. The best way to minimize this is to keep doors & windows closed & to properly secure food. Please note that there are several steps that lead to the cottage entrance. This may be strenuous for any guests with mobility issues.
