For the kids you'll find—-> A zipline, ninja obstacle course, and cornhole (seasonal- please request ahead of booking) , plus more than enough room for kids to run or grownups to space out. __________________________________________________________________ The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, pantry staples, and a full coffee setup at The HoneyBar. Towels are soft. Beds are solid. There’s a washer and dryer on-site. And if you forget anything, there’s a Walmart 7 minutes down the road—not that you’ll want to leave once you settle in. Need something extra? ADD-ONS like S’mores kits, extra firewood, and light event support available upon request! ✨~Extra comfort from us to YOU~✨ To make your stay more comfortable, we’ve included two oscillating fans in addition to central heating and air conditioning, plus an extra wall unit in the lower level to keep things warm during the cooler months. 3 bedrooms include a sound machine for a little added peace at night. You'll also find two pet gates—one portable and one retractable—so your four-legged guests are taken care of too. A detailed welcome binder is waiting inside with our favorite local eats, winery trails, attractions, and recommendations to help you explore the area. And for summer guests, we’ve stocked seasonal essentials, like bug spray, citronella candles, and extras to keep your time outdoors relaxing. There’s even a custom photo-op wall if you’re celebrating something—or just want the perfect group shot. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, deck, fire features, yard, ample amenities like 5 smart TV’s, game room, basketball hoop in the driveway, and more! [Anything beyond the covert/creek is private property] ~Yard Signs are present to distinguish private trails that belong to our neighbors. The garage and two basement storage closets remain locked. ----→ Wheelchair accessible entry via the walkout basement Other things to note 》》》Due to quick turnovers during peak season, our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly after each checkout to prepare for incoming guests.
