Welcome to Ruby's Retreat! Escape to this newly renovated, pet-friendly vacation home featuring a spacious, covered lanai and an oversized heated pool. Surrounded by lush plants, palms, and a large private fenced-in backyard, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Nestled in a peaceful Southwest Cape Coral neighborhood, Ruby's Retreat is just under a mile from a variety of shopping, dining, and grocery options, making it the perfect home base for your getaway. The space This newly renovated 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home has everything that you need to grill & chill by the pool or spend the day at the beach. Bringing your fur baby? Ruby's retreat is dog friendly and provides a large dog bed, toys, treats and a feeding station for your 4-legged friend. Pet pickup supplies as well. Note: pet fee per stay is $129.00, 2 dogs max. Guest access Entire Home Keyless Entry, you will receive 4-digit code to access the front door and security system 24 hours prior to check in. Simply enter your code to unlock the door, press the large button on the keypad to lock the door. Other things to note Some things to note before you arrive: The pool is heated FREE of charge for all guests. The pool is heated via a combination of electric & solar, and ranges between 83-89 degrees. Due to this being an outdoor pool, the temperature may fluctuate depending on the current weather conditions. If the air temperature is cold, the pool may lose heat overnight and not hold our standard set of 83 degrees. If this happens, there is nothing that the host can do to change the temperature of the water. The pool pump and heating system are set to run for 8-10 hours during the day. Please do not touch the pool equipment. Limited complimentary essentials are available for guests to use throughout your stay! These will include coffee, snacks, dog treats, cleaning supplies, propane, toilet paper, body soap, shampoo, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and garbage bags. These are limited essentials so guests planning for longer stays or those in larger groups may need to restock as needed. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties & large gatherings are not allowed. Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping inside of the home, $500 fine. Your fur baby is welcome with a paid pet fee of $129.00/ stay.
