The main floor offers a large, fully equipped modern kitchen with central island, two large living rooms including a pool table and fireplace, a large dining room with TV, 2 outdoor terraces with BBQ for your summer stays and a full bathroom with washer/dryer. On the upper floor, you will find a closed bedroom with a queen bed and a living room area with a desk, sofa and TV. This place can be used as a playroom for children. In the basement, you will find the main entrance with vestibule as well as 3 closed queen bedrooms and a 100% renovated bathroom. From the same floor, you will have access to the private outdoor SPA as well as the garden level. It's all there!
