The Sea Salt Retreat: Pool, Beach, Family Fun!

Welcome to the Sea Salt Retreat! Open living concept with private deck space. Spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with sunroom for additional sleeping area. Create memories at walking distance preserve parks, or take a quick 2 mile drive to Bethany Beach. Beach chairs provided for convenient ease. 2 parking spaces in the driveway make it easy to come and go. Take a relaxing dip in the onsite community pool a few steps away. Perfect quiet getaway with easy access to many amenities in surrounding areas. The space Home away from home on vacation! Spacious 3 bedrooms, all equipped with large closets to store luggage. The primary offers an on suite private bathroom, along with designated office area and vaulted ceilings. All bedrooms have smart televisions. Each room includes all new memory foam mattress. The living room offers open concept living right into the spacious kitchen/ dining space. The back deck is right off this space with a 6 seater table and chairs. The sunroom offers a quiet space for a nice relaxing read. This space also holds a brand new queen sleeper sofa, and pocket door for extra privacy. Note: Will not rent to parties, individuals or groups under 25. A valid drivers license will be required at booking. Ring secure camera is located at the front door, for your safety and the other townhomes. Bethany beach/surrounding beaches are FREE access. Pay to park hourly is required, Delaware state park is an all day parking pass. They offer a great beach front restaurant. Please enjoy beach chairs (9) located in the garage, please place them back on storage rack. Must bring own beach towels. Bed linen and bath towels provided! Starter essentials will be provided: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for kitchen, dish soap, hand soap. Please plan to provide for rest of your extended stay. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap etc is not provided. Please do not have more people in the house than booked. Please no parking in the garage (code will not be provided). You will be responsible for any damages and broken item. Guest access Handicap non accessible, there is a step to get into the home. Along with all bedrooms located on second floor. Garage is accessible for beach supplies/bikes. No cars located in garage.
