Nestled on Village Trail at Seven Springs Resort, The Smokey Old Fashioned features two primary bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed along with a private full bath. The second bedroom with Full over Full bunk beds with its own bathroom too. From the sunken living room, gaze out the large picture window onto the Village Trail and the surrounding Laurel Mountains. Relax on the rear deck complete with private hot tub and gas grill, just steps from Village Trail. No need to go around buildings or across parking lots to access the ski trail. New kitchen appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, range and microwave. Kitchen includes plates, silverware, pots & pans plus a KitchenAid blender, Ninja Coffee machine, Keurig, toaster, waffle iron and more! Pet-friendly. 1 house trained dog permitted. No Cats. $150 pet fee applies. SPRING, SUMMER & FALL SEASONS The Smokey Old Fashioned is close to the Sunridge and Woodridge pool and hot tub(Open Memorial Day to Labor Day), which has a pavilion and charcoal grills at each. Tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, pickleball and children's playground are all steps away from the front door. The condominium is ideally located to easily access the recreational center to play, but far enough away to allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. You can just relax at the condominium or choose from other outdoor resort activities such as hiking throughout the picturesque local State Parks or playing 18 holes of golf on the beautiful Seven Springs Resort course. There is also horseback riding, disc golf, alpine slide, chair lift rides, sporting clays, mountain biking, and so many other things to see and do. Hike to the lake at Tahoe Lodge in 30 minutes to enjoy paddle boards and paddle boats. (DISCLAIMER: Ski-in Ski-out is Weather Permitting i.e. if the weather is warm and there is no snow or insufficient snow on Village Trail, then there is neither ski-in nor ski-out). Also the hot tubs and pools are available from Memorial Day till Labor Day at the recreation center about 150 yards from the front door at no charge. Pet-friendly. 1 house trained dog permitted.
