As a guest at Seamount Haven you will enjoy access to a beautiful and secluded private beach, reserved exclusively for residents and guests of our small golf-course community, as well as a beautiful private stretch of Morse Creek, with creekside walking trails - both just a scenic and easy 5 minute walk (0.2 mi) from your front door. This unique stretch of shoreline sits where Morse Creek meets the Strait of Juan de Fuca, creating a rare blend of freshwater and saltwater ecosystems. It’s a beautiful spot to explore and beachcomb for colorful rocks, shells, and sea glass, with starfish often tucked into the rocky areas. The area is also a haven for wildlife, and guests frequently spot otters, seals, herons, bald eagles, and occasional orcas passing through. Direct access to the Olympic Discovery Trail is also less than 1 mile from your door. ⸻ OUTDOOR SPACES Relax on the front deck with a glass of wine or enjoy a meal al fresco while watching ships glide across the Strait of Juan de Fuca. A twin fold-down sofa bed is available in the lounge area for kids or extra sleepers. Two full-size hot water heaters ensure plenty of hot water for all guests. Garage is used for storage and is not accessible. Other things to note Additional Information: House Rules: - Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited in the house or anywhere on the premises to ensure a pleasant, allergy friendly environment for all guests. - To keep our home asthma and allergy friendly, pets or animals are not permitted in the home. This includes service animals, due to the owner's documented medical exemption resulting from severe allergies. -Burning incense is not allowed. -No parties, or overnight guests not listed on the booking. Septic System: Please help keep our septic safe and functioning properly. To help maintain its efficiency, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines: - Please only use the septic-safe toilet paper provided (don’t worry, it’s very soft and 2-ply!), and refrain from flushing feminine products, flushable wipes, or non-biodegradable items down the toilets. - Please avoid disposing of grease, coffee grinds, or food scraps down the kitchen sink. Please discard these items into the trash instead. Property Details: - On-site parking is available for 2 vehicles. - Please note that the entrance to the house has a staircase with 9 steps, and there are 4 additional stairs within the home separating the bedrooms from the kitchen/living area. Retractable baby gates are installed at the top of each staircase. - While rarely needed, a portable air conditioning unit is provided in the living room area during the summer months.
