Guest access Guests have full access to the house, garage, and all outdoor amenities, excluding the Primary Suite, which is occupied by the on-site hosts. This suite has a separate private entrance and kitchenette, and hosts will not enter guest areas. They are available if assistance is needed but otherwise remain unobtrusive. Other things to note * A 14% Transient Occupancy Tax (applied to rent and cleaning fee) will be added to your total and remitted to Santa Barbara County (Certificate #1097) * Pool heating is available November–February for $50 per day Pet Policy * Dogs must be on leash unless inside the home or enclosed within the gated pool area * Dogs must be attended at all times when outdoors * This policy ensures safety, as hosts may occasionally walk through the yard with their own small dogs or access the far gate for vehicles Your comfort and safety are always our priority.
