The space Enclave is a one of a kind experience loaded with every amenity you could ever want for a deluxe stay. One of few cabins in the area to have an outdoor private pool available year round (additional service & heating fees levied Oct-March). You won't find another 2000+sqft deck featuring an outdoor kitchen, multiple dining spaces, fire table, fireplace, fire pit and private hot tub. Everything you could possibly want to enjoy a night under the stars. Inside, you'll find 5 suites all with bathrooms to enable a private retreat for all members of your party. Kids will love the 2 sets of full-over-full bunks in the upstairs loft game room after a night of side-by-side racing or playing Golden Tee. A second game room downstairs features a pool table and multi-arcade game offering plenty to entertain everyone in your crew. Cook up a breakfast of champions or a gourmet masterpiece in the fully stocked kitchen. We've tried to think of everything you might possibly need for your culinary adventures from blenders for mixing cocktails, roasters for turkey dinners, to smart cookers and two types of coffee makers to ensure everyone has their favorite cup of joe. The entire group will enjoy dining in the eat-in kitchen and dining area enabling your group to come together to share laughter and stories of the day's adventures. Located on a 2 acre parcel, Enclave offers complete privacy that you won't find at other cabins in the area. Perfectly situated less than 10 min. to Pigeon Forge and 15 minutes to Gatlinburg, you'll be in the middle of all the action without a neighbor in sight. With ample parking, including street level RV parking, fill up the rooms without worrying about counting the number of vehicles you can bring. Guest access - The cabin has smart locks to facilitate keyless entry. - Guests will have access to the entire cabin and its grounds. Other things to note Main Level: -Living room w/ dining area and fireplace -Fully loaded eat-in kitchen w/ bar and table -Primary king suite -Two queen suites. Loft: -Game room with real arcade games (side-by-side racing, Golden Tee, multi-arcade). -Two sets of full-over-full bunk beds. -Futon for additional sleeping space. Downstairs: -Game room with fireplace, pool table, multi-arcade and futon. -Two king suites. Outside: -Private outdoor heated pool available year round (additional service and heating fees levied from Oct-March). -Hot tub (emptied and cleaned between stays). -Over 2000 sqft of deck space with outdoor kitchen, fire table, fireplace, and multiple sitting and dining areas. -Outdoor games including ping pong, corn hole, Jenga and Yardzee. Things to note: -All events with offsite vendors or additional guests (photographers, caterers, pastors, etc) require prior authorization and are subject to an event fee. -Optional off-season pool fees charged after booking for Oct-March: $200 service fee + $100/day (info sent after booking) -Pool will be cleaned prior to guest arrival - guests are asked to skim it daily during their stay (when operational). -All children must be supervised when swimming in the pool - swim at your own risk / no diving permitted. -Camera installed at entrance for security purposes. -Alexa devices used to control smart house features. -The cabin is pet-friendly but does not have a dedicated yard for pets given it is perched on the top of the mountain - walks with your pet/s may require you to go up and down the steep driveway. -Property is located in the mountains and may have tree debris or pollen in the pool, on decks or driveway. -Food and beverage items used for staging of photos only and will not be provided. -Caution: lava rocks from fire table may pop and jump off table. Please sit a reasonable distance away when in use. -We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of an emergency outside the 30-day cancellation window. -Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement within 24hrs of making a reservation.
