Enjoy the nature surrounding our charming, newly remodeled vacation home on 10 acres while being only a short 15 minute drive away from downtown Tuscaloosa. No matter if you are coming to town to watch a football game, for business, or a family vacation, we want you to feel right at home in our 3 bedroom southern style home. If you pay attention you can see a large variety of birds, red foxes, whitetail deer, and rabbits roaming around. The space The home has a large master bedroom with a king size bed on the main floor and two additional bedrooms upstairs, one of which has a full size bunk bed and one a queen size bed with adjustable bedframe. There are two full bathrooms and a half bath, as well as a large, fully equipped kitchen, an office with desk and futon, for additional sleeping arrangements. The huge back porch with Traeger propane grill and patio set faces the fully wooded and private property. We also have several outdoor games as well as board games and books available at the house. Guest access The entire main and upper floor. The basement and garage remain closed off. If you need covered parking, there is a large RV/boat cover to the right of the house. Other things to note Absolutely NO parties, large gatherings and events are allowed at our home unless prior approval was obtained by us PRIOR to the beginning of your stay! We ask that you provide us with the exact number of overall guests expected in your request in order to be able to make a decision whether or not we will approve your request. In case of prior approval, no additional overnight guests are allowed aside from the number of guests that the property was booked for unless it was previously approved by us. Pets are allowed only after prior approval by us. We do require proof of your furry family member being up to date on all vaccinations, as well as the pets name, breed, and weight. An additional pet fee of $60 per stay per pet will apply. No more than two pets are allowed on the property! This pet fee applies for all pets entering the home! Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
