Private saltwater pool (6 ft deep) heated to 80 °F at no charge; warmer water (up to 84 °F) available for $10/night via Airbnb request (please give 24 hrs notice). ⚠️ No lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times in or near the pool. Pool temperature may vary slightly with weather. Weekly pool and yard maintenance occur outdoors only. Occupancy: Up to 4 adults. A 5th guest is allowed if at least one is a child. Quiet residential neighborhood — please respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times. You may occasionally notice harmless Florida wildlife such as lizards, geckos, ibises, or small tree frogs.
