Whether here for work or pleasure, come enjoy the charms of of our 1940s home with original hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets and features our families art. 1,850sq ft. The space Whole house, yard and property is exclusively yours for the stay. Owners live 1 hour north in Pittsboro. This is our previous home we frequent several times a year and one day our retirement home. Guest access Whole house, yard, property. Secure permission with host before booking your party and give the details of how many party guests, age range of guests, the occasion, special event plans, as prior approval is required. House is suitable for parties that do not disturb neighbors. You are liable for damages. Nightly party rate is $300 for up to 20 guests. $600 for 21 to 40 guests. This charge is an extra charge on top of the nightly rate, fees, taxes and cleaning fee. You will be staying in our second home so please respect our home and investment. Our house has many hand painted art works of different mediums by family members. Family artworks like oil on canvas, hand made baskets, painted tinwares, serving plates, wood boxes, pottery, standing serving tray, and more. Don’t touch, handle, use, or move art work. Thank you.
