Recently updated, this fully furnished end-unit condo features a kitchenette w/ range, oven, microwave, mini fridge, separate living area, studio-style bedroom w/ queen bed, a three-quarter bath, and pull-out sofa for guests. If the tenant and homeowner agree to extending the lease, that could happen but is not guaranteed. Please do not inquire unless you are interested in a 1- to 3-month lease, with the possibility of extending. We require a 2-hour clean ($40/hour, so $80 total) if the stay is 2 months or longer. This can be paid directly to the housekeeper and arranged to fit your schedule. Our condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator, but the historic grand staircase is GORGEOUS! Guests have access to a shared laundry room on the building's third floor (so one flight up from the condo). There is no designated parking spot, but you'll find plenty of free parking around the downtown area, plus there's a loading/unloading spot right at the building's front door. High speed Internet service was recently upgraded to 1 gigabyte!
