The space It's a One bedroom/one bathroom apartment. Includes full kitchen equipped with all the necessary cooking/eating utensils. Full sized fridge with freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, Nespresso (pods) coffee maker with coffee mugs. Smart TVs in family and in bedroom. There's two split unit air conditioners, one in the bedroom, and another in the family area. We also provide basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, new bar soaps, toilet paper, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, makeup removal towels, and kitchen towel paper. In case of power outages, the property has electric generator powered by solar panels and backup batteries for energy storage. Guest access This unit is located on a second floor. The entrance is through the back of the property accessed by walking in (from the front) through a corridor on the left of the house. At the end, you will see the laundry area, the entrance to another BnB unit (first floor unit) and stairs that take you to the entrance of this unit. You may self check-in at anytime.
