Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house plus a loft. Just steps away from the Guadalupe River. In a great location just minutes away from Comfort, and 20 minutes to Kerrville and Boerne. The space The master bedroom has a king bed, with an attached full bathroom The second bedroom has queen bed, with a shared hallway full bathroom. The third bedroom is a loft, has bunk beds and a twin bed, with trundle. Guest access Guest have access to the whole house. There is also direct river access which is a shared space with the neighborhood. We have kayaks, and a paddle board also available for guest use.
