Sleeps 12+ in 12 beds. Escape to our charming chalet nestled in lovely Sugar Hill, NH, where luxury meets adventure! Whether seeking a winter wonderland or summer escape, this property caters to all seasons with close proximity to skiing, hiking, village, & lakes. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views of this expansive home with plenty of room to spread out! A phenomenal lower level oasis complete with kids play area, ping pong, foosball, weights, bunks, work space, & more! Huge deck & fire pit The space Brand new construction! Our home has three generous floors each with wonderful appointments to make you feel at home. 12 beds in total sleeps 16+. Main Floor: We have two bedrooms on main floor one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There is also a full bath and a powder room on main floor. We have a very well equipped kitchen with an oversized island. A large dining room that can seat 12-16 for dinner. A lovely and spacious entry foyer leads to comfy leather sectional and multiple other cushy seats all grouped to snuggle around the cozy stone fireplace and flat screen TV. Second Floor: We have two additional bedrooms. one with a queen bed and full desk and work from home space. The other 2nd floor bedroom has a bunk bed setup with a full bed on bottom and a twin on top plus a pull out single trundle bed. There is also a full bath (with tub) on second floor. Lower Level Basement: There is a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks to sleep four. Also in basement there is a futon that opens up to a king bed and a queen pull out sofa. There is also a full bath (with bathtub) in lower level. Lower level has a ground level double door entrance and two large windows. There is a full playroom, a separate area with ping pong and foosball, a great work from home space with desk, and a very large sectional and a 65 inch large screen TV. Laundry room also in lower level. The mechanical room in basement stores high chairs, extra folding table and folding chairs. Exterior Space: We have a very large wrap around deck with room to seat 10-16. We have a gas grill. Just off the deck is a large fire pit area with Adirondack chairs.
