The space This beautifully renovated townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. ♥ First floor has a cozy living room with an office space, a half bathroom for guests, an open kitchen and a dining room full of natural sunlight in the morning. ♥ The 2nd floor has a master suite, two guest bedrooms share a guest bathroom, and a laundry room. No ceiling lights in the bedrooms but there are table lamps and floor lamps. Guest access ♥ The guests pretty much have a private access to the entire home except the basement. You won't be sharing with any other guests. ♥ On the day of your check-in we will send you a code for the door keypad to access the unit for the duration of your stay. Other things to note This is our family home. We live between here and Philadelphia and let it out when we’re not there. As such, it’s pretty well equipped, but if you can’t find something or need any help you can reach us via the contact details. We hope you love our home as much as we do. To ensure everyone's comfort and enjoyment, please follow the House Rules. ☆ NO PETS ALLOWED ☆ Friendly reminder that we do not allow pets inside the home. Appreciate you for your understanding. ☆ TRASH COLLECTION ☆ Trash collection is across the street, beside the mailboxes ☆ NO CABLE☆ Please note that we do not provide cable TV in the house. However, TVs have streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube, etc. or to connect your devices and use your own account for entertainment. ☆ PARKING ☆ Please park in the space only in front of our house number. DO NOT park on neighbor's lot! Guest parkings are available in the community. ☆ NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING ☆ Initial consumables (2-3 days) such as toiletries, soap, paper towels, trash bags etc. are provided upon check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing during their stay. ★ HOUSE RULES ★ Please take a moment to review the House Rules section in the listing for a complete overview. Here are some key rules to follow during your stay: ✘ NO SMOKING ✘ Smoking, Vaping or using of Marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the house and on the property. Please refrain from smoking to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests. ✘ NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ✘ We request that you adhere to the guest count specified in your reservation. Extra guests beyond this count are not permitted. If you need to make changes to your guest count, please feel free to send us an alteration request to update it, ensuring a smooth and compliant stay. ✘ NO PARTIES AND EVENTS ✘ Parties and events are not permitted in the house or on the premises.
