DIRECT ON OUR PRIVATE BEACH - WITH NO SARGASSO and NO Crowds. CHILLAX in our ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo direct on Half Moon Bay, the original Akumal. We've got incredible views with floor to ceiling windows, a great beach porch and snorkeling right out our back door. We've got a fantastic pool in beautiful, tropical gardens. We are also a 5 minute walk from Yal-Ku, We are 10-15 minutes from everything, but you feel secluded. You will go home refreshed wanting to come back! The space Our condo has some great amenities like fast WiFi, Full Air Conditioning, and large SMART TV. Netflix and sound system. The high speed internet connection via fiber optic cable makes it easy to work or for gaming. Your front yard is our gorgeous tropical gardens with an orchid lined blue tiled pool that has both a sunning ledge and lap lane. Your backyard is our beach area: first a grassy area with a luscious lawn then our sandy beach area with plenty of chairs, loungers and palapas....ONLY for us.. BEACHSIDE: Sit on your own beachside patio, or pick a lounger. Watch the sunsets, which have incredible colors: Pink to purple to orange. Go snorkeling in our bay, which only gets 9 feet deep and is protected from fishing, boating: ONLY swimmers here. Enjoy a coffee at sunrise, and a cocktail at sunset. Or just soak up the sun and fresh air. Garden side: Walk around and find the blooming orchids and tropicals. There is always something. Sit in the gardens where birds and butterflies abound. We actively plant to attract them. Sit around the pool or in the sunning ledge, and smell the tropical lusciousness of the gardens. If you need to burn off that margarita, swim laps in our laplane. Our condos are built such that we have more space and great cross breezes such the air is always flowing. Of course though we have full A/C and ceiling fans to keep everything cool. Our main living area is open plan so you lots of counter space you need to prepare whatever you want: we have great fresh fruit and fishes. We have modern appliances in the kitchen with a fun pass through window over the sink for serving on our beach porch dining area. Please bring water shoes! Akumal is a protected reef area and water shoes are a MUST to enjoy the water. We have some spares here in the condo in case you forget or easy to buy in town and/or the local dive shop. We have sand at La Sirena so no worries, you'll be able to dip your toes in. Also, unlike most complexes, we have dedicated on-site staff and management. As we are so close to the beach and water, we include daily cleaning of the condo in our rates. Less stress on you! We're environmentally conscious in Mexico too and favor saving water and energy when possible. We also have lots of suggestions of things to do and how to make the best use of your time, which we share all the details after you book. We want you to love our place and come back. Guest access As well as having exclusive use of the condo, guests have access to ALL public areas of our complex. Our complex, La Sirena, is known for having the best views of Half Moon Bay, the largest beach area, and the largest pool (even with a lap lane) all surrounded by tropical gardens which attract butterflies, birds, and mammals.
