Welcome to the Shell of Sargasso, nestled in the quiet community of Pleasant Cove. Located in between Surf City & Topsail Beach, there are many food options & shops just minutes away. The beach is across the street & just a 3 minute walk. This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and sleeps a max of 7. The primary bedroom is on the bottom floor and two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. The home features (2) Queen beds, (1) Double bed and (1) Twin. All linens are included! The space This quaint and charming home is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a Topsail Island vacation. Nestled in the quiet community of Pleasant Cove and surrounded by large, live oaks, you will surely find serenity on the decks of this home. Located just minutes from both, Topsail Beach and Surf City, there are many restaurants, shops, grocery stores and parks nearby. With just a three minute walk to the nearest beach access, you will have your toes in the sand in no time! After a day in the sand and sun, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, enjoy dinner at the screened in picnic table and end the evening relaxing on the decks with a good book. MAIN LIVING AREAS: Upon entry, you will find an open living space, kitchen and dining area as well as the primary bedroom. Open living spaces makes spending family time together that much easier! The dining table offers seating for six and is perfect for those family game nights or just enjoying meals together. Three additional seats can be found at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals in including pots, pans, flatware, microwave, oven/stove, coffee pot and more! The outside deck wraps around to the dining area and living area, making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. BEDROOMS: The primary bedroom is located on the lower level right off of the kitchen and offers a comfortable Queen sized bed, as well as an attached full bath. Please, note that this bathroom is the only bathroom on the lower level. On the upper level, you will find two additional bedrooms. Guest bedroom 1 offers a Queen sized bed, plenty of closet space and a private outdoor deck. Guest bedroom 2 features two more additional beds, 1 Double and 1 Twin. This bedroom does have a full ensuite bathroom however, this bathroom is the only bathroom upstairs so will be shared with the other guest bedroom. Pack light for your stay! There is a washer/dryer and ALL bed linens and towels are provided! (1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth. ISPM also provides our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a weeks stay. Guest access A few days before check-in, you will receive information regarding your upcoming stay. Check-in time is 4PM and you will receive a special key code the morning of. Please, note that since check-in time is 4PM, your code will not be active until then. This special code is how you will access the property throughout your entire stay. After check-out, the code will no longer be active. All of our properties have smart locks installed, so no stopping by and getting house keys is needed! Other things to note House Rules: **Guests will be required to submit valid photo ID, as well as a signed rental agreement within 48 hours in order for the reservation to be considered complete** **Guests authorizes Inlet Shores Property Management to process a credit/debit card prior to check-in in order to hold a security deposit** **Guests must be at least 25 years of age** **NO parties of any kind is allowed on the premises** **If bringing more than ONE dog, you will need to pay the additional pet fee after booking due to AirBNB only charging for one. **Absolutely NO smoking allowed**
