In the entrance area you will find ample space for your wardrobe. There is also a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. This takes you directly to the open and light-flooded living-dining area. It starts with the beautiful kitchen in a modern design. In it, you can wonderfully prepare your own breakfast or other meals and celebrate cooking. 2 bar stools invite you to relax in the kitchen. Right next to it is a bright dining area directly on the spacious window front to the balcony, which invites you to cozy evenings with a glass of wine. Six people can easily be accommodated here. Access to the balcony invites you to enjoy the sun outside. The living room includes not only a sofa bed with a comfortable 160 cm wide mattress, but also a smart TV and a small workstation. In the rear area of the apartment are the two bedrooms, each equipped with a spacious 180 cm wide box spring bed and plenty of space for your wardrobe. Modern and cozy, you can feel at home - far away from home. The bathroom with separate shower and bathtub is modern and spacious and offers ample space and holders for towels and personal utensils. The washing machine is very practical, especially for longer stays.
