Located on the 3rd floor, this cozy yet upscale space offers a comfortable Queen-size bed for a restful night’s sleep. We’ve included an iron and ironing board to help you look your best during your stay. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a 2-burner stove, convection microwave, and GE all-in-one washer/dryer, ideal for extended stays or weekend getaways. Rest assured, we've got everything you need to whip up a delightful meal or simply relax and enjoy your stay. After dinner, relax with a movie in the living room or use the pull-out sleeper sofa for extra space. Guest access Guests will have full private access to this 1-bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of our 3-family home in Manchester, CT. Parking is available in the driveway or street-side where permitted. Entry is through the front porch of the home. Once inside the porch, you'll find a locked door leading to a shared common hallway, this hallway provides access to your 3rd floor apartment. The 2nd floor unit does not use this entryway — it is solely for your access, with the exception of emergency exit access for the 2nd floor if ever needed. You’ll head up the interior staircase to your private top-floor apartment. Motion-activated lights will guide your way, no need to worry about finding light switches. Important: Please do not lock the deadbolt on the porch door, as this could result in being locked out. Inside your private space, you’ll have full use of the kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and in-unit GE all-in-one washer/dryer. Enjoy being just minutes from Downtown Main Street Manchester with breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping all close by. Other things to note This is a 3rd floor apartment located in a classic New England 3-family home in Manchester, CT. Please note there are interior stairs leading up to the unit. While we don’t recommend this space for small children due to the stairs, we’re happy to accommodate guest needs when possible — just let us know! The apartment is cooled with Midea air conditioning window units — 8,000 BTU in the bedroom and 12,000 BTU in the living room — along with an oscillating tower fan for additional comfort. The living room sofa pulls out into a smaller bed, roughly the size of a twin or slightly shorter. This is typically best suited for a child or smaller guest rather than a full-size adult. Guests will have full privacy during their stay — with easy self check-in via a smart lock, and a common hallway used only to access this 3rd floor unit.
