A secure link will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. ★ NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE ★ This is a non-smoking house, so we kindly ask all our guests to refrain from smoking inside. To keep the completely smoke-free, we have implemented a $650 fine for everyone that smokes inside. ★ ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS ★ Please contact host if any are needed. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of extreme importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★Gas Fireplace Instructions for Guests★ Before You Start (Safety First) • Keep flammable items at least 3 feet from the fireplace. • Ensure the glass/screen is intact before use. • If you smell gas, do NOT turn on the fireplace. Ventilate and contact the host immediately. How to Light the Fireplace Option A — Pilot Light (Most Common) 1. Open the front screen or control panel cover. 2. Turn the control knob to “Off” and wait 5 minutes. 3. Turn the knob to “Pilot.” 4. Press down on the knob and press the igniter button until the pilot flame lights. 5. Keep holding the knob down 15–30 seconds, then release. 6. Turn knob to “On.” 7. Use the switch/remote to turn on the main burner and adjust flame height. Option B — Fireplace Key (If Your Unit Has a Key Valve) 1. Insert the fireplace key into the valve at the base of the fireplace. 2. Use a long lighter and place it near the burner area. 3. Slowly turn the key counter■ clockwise to release gas until it ignites. 4. Adjust flame height with the key. While the Fireplace Is On • Do not leave the fire unattended. • Keep children and pets away from the unit. • Glass and metal parts become extremely hot—avoid touching. Turning Off the Fireplace • Turn the switch/knob/key fully to the “Off” position. • Allow the fireplace to cool before closing screens or touching any parts. If You Need Help Please contact your host at any time. Safety and comfort come first! Guest access The home will be completely yours while on the premises. Check yourself in with the smart lock. Other things to note We are pet friendly at $150 pet fee per pet (pet can't exceed 40lbs). Please note: Your reservation will only include the pet fee for the 1st pet. If you're bringing multiple pups with you we will access a pet fee per pet.
