Hallway Bathroom - With three bathrooms total, there is a primary ensuite bath plus two additional bathrooms one off each bathroom. Laundry Room - Washer/Dryer Rooftop Deck - Accessible by either the spiral staircase or townhome elevator, panoramic views of the bay await you with loungers for sunbathing on the roof deck. Amenities - Elevator in home, Heated building pool, dock, rooftop deck with loungers, garage with parking for 2 vehicles and 1 outside of the garage. Know before you go: Check In: Is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
