Guest access This Airbnb is 2 combined units, Unit A and Unit B. To access Unit B you need to use the external stairs. Other things to note **House Rules** No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted. We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM). Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed. We do have 2 security cameras outside, one pointing to the front and one pointing towards the driveway. Important: To protect our properties and ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations, completing our independent verification process is mandatory after booking. Required Next Steps: After your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete identity verification. This step is required and must be completed before your stay.
