Centrally located within your favorite restaurants and shopping such as, TJ Max, Old Navy, Costco, Walmart, Target, Ross, Khol's and many MORE within a 2 mile radius. Family Fun Bowling at the Alley. 10 minutes away from Sky River Casino. The space The home has 4 bedroom , 2 living room , 2.5 bath and a loft. 1 bedroom downstairs with a king bed. and loft with queen size sofa bed. guest have access to whole house except garage and 1 closet for owners storage. Guest access Guest has access to whole house except the garage and 1 closet inside the house Other things to note Please read house rules before booking to agree with the terms. No smoking is strictly enforced. Please be kind and respectful to our neighbors No Party allowed Quiet Time 10pm-8am Hot Tub is available. Please use hot tub safely. No horseplay or misuse, children under 14 not allowed for safety, please don't put anything inside the hot tub and please make sure the cover the closed at all times when not in use. Fire pit is available for use. sometimes it's tricky to turn on. I am more than happy to stop by and turn it on if needed. it does use propane so we request to please be caution and make sure gas tank is turned off after use. *BBQ Grill is available upon request. Please let me know so I can have it set up before your stay. * Please be mind full that during Summer and Extreme Hot weather Play Structure and Turf is hot. Play structure is designed for kids between ages 4-12 years old. Use Cautious AT ALL TIMES. ALL children MUST be supervised at all times. we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur while on Playground. * Hot Tub is Fresh Water. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING INCLUDING BUBBLES. We maintain Hot Tub after each guest. ($500.00 will be charged if we find any thing put in the Hot tub) We Assume ALL Guests have read the home rules and Agree to all terms before booking.
