Positioned within walking distance to Maidencombe beach, the cafe & local pub or a short car journey to the two adjacent towns. The space From the front porch the 4 good sized bedrooms sit down the left of the property. The master bedroom is located at the front of the property and provides stunning sea views. Bright and airy with a built in wardrobe for guests to easily unpack and a comfortable king sized bed. The master bedroom also has a dressing table and chair. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed with an open wardrobe with space for 2 people to unpack. Bedroom 3 has been created with children/ teens in mind. This room has bunk beds and a small double with open wardrobe. Bedroom 4 at the back of the house overlooks the back garden. Bedroom 4 has an en-suite with hans grohe shower. The shower room has a fantastic hans grohe shower, basin and toilet. There is a seperate WC. The sitting room is at the front of the property with a large corner sofa and smart tv. This room has far reaching sea views, the dining area is accessed through the sitting room, leading directly onto the large front decked area. The kitchen has all the mod cons, with washing machine and tumble dryer and large American style fridge freezer for all the essentials. The kitchen has a newly fitted filtered drinking water tap and pixie nespresso machine - pods are available at supermarkets for this machine. The decked area has various seating for your enjoyment and a dining table and chairs. The rear garden is enclosed by gates both sides making this a safe area for children to play and is also dog friendly. This is only to monitor the property when there are no guests staying. Other things to note There is a long sloped driveway to the front of the property. Access to the property is via 5 steps. You can also gain access to the property by following the gravel path round to the rear of the property. Age Policy For the comfort and safety of our neighbours and due to the nature of the surrounding area, guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by at least one guest aged 25 or over. Bookings that do not meet this requirement may be declined or cancelled. STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS This property is in a quiet residential area. Parties, gatherings, events or additional visitors are not permitted at any time. Any breach of this rule will result in you being asked to leave the property with immediate effect. Airbnb will be notified, and any damage or additional cleaning will be claimed through Airbnb.
