This allows you and your party to enjoy each other's company with the ability to find some privacy as well - all while being under the same roof! The space This property is a beautifully renovated triplex just a short walk to King Street. Unit A - The Sweetgrass Suite: Indulge in refined sophistication as you step into our first floor, newly renovated private suite nestled within a charming Charleston Single Style home. This unit has a private entrance, warm living area, kitchenette with an oven and stove top, bedroom with glass walls, which have the option to be covered with curtains for privacy, and a full bathroom. Unit B - The Angel Oak Suite: Is a well decorated and newly renovated with a sizable living space for you and your party to unwind in. Through the living room is where you'll find your kitchen and dining area. Recently updated with new appliances and cabinetry. A small dining nook gives you and your party a place to dine comfortably. Off of the kitchen is the master bedroom with a king sized bed. A beautifully upgraded bathroom off of the kitchen as well is available for guests in the master and those on the pull out sofa to use. Unit C - The Crescent Moon Suite: Upon entry, you will find the upgraded living area on your left – a comfy spot to kick back during your downtime. To your right, you'll find the master suite with a king-sized bed and a modern ensuite bath for a cozy and private retreat. Continue through the living room to reach the updated kitchen with new appliances, sleek cabinetry, and a small dining nook – perfect for enjoying a laid-back meal. The second bedroom, just off the kitchen, offers a relaxed atmosphere with another king bed, a closet, and a smart TV. Guest access Reserving this complex provides guests with full access to the amenities of each unit. Revel in the tranquility of two beautiful porches. You will have four parking spaces at your disposal: one directly behind the house and three others situated behind a property across the street. Additionally, two washers and dryers are available in the common areas for your convenience. Other things to note Please understand that this home is located on a very lively downtown street corner. Stay with us and with the expectation that there will be rush hour traffic noise and hospital traffic noise. MUSC campus is around the corner from the home - ambulances and helicopters frequent that area. As stated, there are four parking spaces included with this property. The offsite lot is a 1 minute walk from your car to the front door. However, please understand that the driveway is very narrow (a common theme in Charleston). Larger vehicles may have difficulty navigating down the driveway. Street parking is limited to 2 hours unless you have a city street pass. City street passes may be available through Charleston Vacays for purchase, but are not guaranteed. $150 Non-refundable pet fee per dog, with pre-approved pet stay. *No more than two dogs allowed.
