Brookside Cottage is a three bedroom home located on Five Mile Point, a private road on the east side of Skaneateles Lake. The space The house has one first floor bathroom and a total of three bedrooms: a first floor bedroom with a queen bed and two second floor bedrooms, one with two twin beds, and one with a queen bed. The property includes a fire pit area, large lawn and backyard stream. Enjoy grilling on the deck, swimming, fishing, hiking, and beautiful sunsets. The 74 feet of shared level lakefront with gradual entry is ideal for kids. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use. Guests should bring their own beach towels. Linens, pillows, bath towels and other essentials are provided. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage and the 1/3 acre property it is located on, as well as the shared lakefront area which is a short 2-3 minute walk away. The lakefront area is shared by a few properties at Five Mile Point and has a designated dock for renters where you may moor a boat should you choose to rent one. There is plenty of private parking in the driveway. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
