What a Gem! Peter’s Cartridge Factory is full of great history to learn about on your stay! It’s part of the Historical society. The apartments are very spacious and offer: - Community room with a living room -Television and puzzles - Pool table -Chess table -Gym (for your use in the adjacent building) -Brewery/Restaurant on site -On the Bike Trail -Along side the Little Miami river -13 ft high ceilings We have the best housekeeping team around! The space You will have the 2 bed 2 bath apartment all to yourself! The master bedroom has a brand new super comfortable king size bed in it with a bathroom and huge closet that has the work area in it so you can work from home. The guest room has an oh so comfy queen size bed in it, a huge closet that also holds the queen size air mattress and the portable crib and high chair. The 2nd bath is right across from the guest room for easy access. There is also a patio with tables and a grill for your use. The building sits right along the Lil Miami River and also the bike trail! Guest access Guests have access to our whole apartment! You also have access to the community living room that you enter the building in. There is a pool and chess table in the community living room also. Guests also have access to the gym in the adjacent building.
