This fully equipped vacation home (for self catering) is located in the sought-after South of Southern (SoSo) upscale neighborhood of West Palm Beach, near to the Intracoastal Waterway and South Flagler Drive. PBI Palm Beach Airport, The Brightline and the TriRail train stations, downtown West Palm Beach and the beaches of Palm Beach Island are all within 6-7 minutes driving distance. No animals of any kind are permitted as owners are highly allergic to all types of animal dander. Security Hold or Damage Waiver: This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection.
