Spend summer mornings and evenings on the full-length walk-out balcony and cozy up on the living room sectional couch for a movie at days' end. The master suite is spacious, featuring a king bed and secondary TV, while the bunk room (queen/queen) is a perfect spot for young travelers. An additional bathroom can be found off the common hallway, including a shower/tub combo. Other things to note **ONGOING: The community pool is currently under construction, and some daytime noise may be present during working hours.** *Grilling or use of grills is not permitted per HOA *One parking space is reserved for this unit. Additional parking is shared with other building units on a first-come first-serve basis. *The Abbey Villas are not part of the Abbey Resort, therefore do not have access to those amenities. *Per Fontana Fire Department, there are no grills allowed. This unit does not have a grill* *Association pool is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. **Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us!
