A pool with a slide and a lazy river promise splash‑filled afternoons, while an indoor playground keeps younger guests entertained. The on‑site gym, restaurant/bar, and ice‑cream shop add convenience without leaving the community. Kitchen & dining The full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, coffee and tea supplies, and everything needed for simple meals. A spacious indoor dining area provides room for family gatherings, and the adjacent breakfast nook is ideal for quick bites before heading out. Living space The open‑plan living area comfortably accommodates the entire family, with ample seating and a TV for relaxed evenings. A free washer and dryer are available for longer stays, making laundry effortless. Neighborhood & location Located in Davenport’s beautiful Regal Palms community, the town‑home sits just off I‑4 and I‑192, a short drive to Disney World and other major attractions. Orlando International Airport is about 40 minutes away, simplifying arrivals and departures. Additional notes A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to 10 wristbands. The fee is required whether amenities are used or not, and the resort provides a maximum of 10 wristbands at guest services. Guest access During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities. Other things to note The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
