Each of our Hocking Hills cottages has the added charming ambiance of a gas log stove (turned on seasonally), microwave, under-counter refrigerator, and private deck. For more adventures, visit the different attractions and activities available in the Hocking Hills. Guest access You will receive a welcome email a few days prior to your stay. It will go over your reservation and will provide you the security code for your stay. Your door code will work beginning at 4pm the day of your arrival unless you have received pre-authorization and have paid the early check in fee at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. Accessing the unit prior to 4pm without authorization will result in a $1000 fee being assessed to the credit card on file. Other things to note Renter must be 21 years of age with a validated ID and must be present during the entire stay. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee being charged to the credit card on file. We reserve the right to enter your accommodation at any time in cases of health, safety, or security issues. 1.) We expect that there will be no parties. 2.) You may not have more guests than you are reserved for at any time. (No one may visit that is not staying.) If you are found to have more people that you reserved for, we will assess a $1000 fee to your credit card. 3.) Guests are expected to pick up after themselves. Before check out please take out any trash from the accommodation. 4.) There is no smoking permitted in the accommodation. This includes no vaping or smoking marijuana inside. You may smoke outside on the porches and decks. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee assessed to the credit card on file. 5.) There can be NO ATV riding on the property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee assessed to the credit card on file. 6.) Fireworks and smoke bombs, etc. are prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee assessed to the credit card on file. 7.) You will be charged for any damages to our home, its contents, any property of the Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls and its entities or any of the surrounding property. This includes but is not limited to your lodging accommodation, the grounds, restaurants, golf course property, its lodging, restaurant, golf course equipment, etc. 8.) You will be charged for additional cleaning if you leave trash on the floor, outside in the yard, etc. Please note we provide a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. You will want to being additional amounts of these items. 9.) No dogs allowed in non-pet friendly accommodation. In our dog friendly accommodations, up to 2 dogs allowed with prior approval and fee of $75 per dog at least 72 hours prior to arrival. No birds, cats, reptiles, etc. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee being charged to the credit card on file. 10.) The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls and its entities are not responsible for accidents or personal injuries occurring on or near any of our properties. By reserving you agree to this. 11. ) By reserving, you agree to all policies and all fees that may be assessed if you are found to have caused damages or are found to be in violation of these policies.
