Rustic-Chic Guesthouse on Serpent Lake Brand new (March 2024)! Lakefront retreat with gorgeous views, modern finishes, hotel-quality linens, and a saltwater hydrotherapy hot tub steps from the patio. Includes 2 kayaks, 4 paddle boards, and a giant “party board” for up to 6 people — perfect for lake adventures! The space This property is a guesthouse with 2 bedrooms, family room/kitchen great room, Bathroom with bathtub/shower and a laundry room. The primary bedroom has a king bed, closet, dresser and a desk for those who want to sneak in a little remote work during their stay. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and a twin over queen bunk bed. Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a fee. Maximum of 2 dogs less than 50 pounds. Your hosts, Tim and Kelly, live next door and love to entertain guests but we also understand if guests just want to be left alone. Either way is fine with us! We take our queues from you. We can assure you'll have complete privacy but in the event you need something, we are just steps away. Guest access Guests have the entire guesthouse to themselves. After full payment, a personalized door code will be created using the last four digits of the renter’s cell phone number. Your code will be active from 3:00 PM on check-in day until 10:00 AM on check-out day — making arrival and departure simple and stress-free.
