Beachside Basement Apartment

Come stay in our cozy beachside basement apartment! We're located in a quiet stretch of the Park Point neighborhood and only a mile away from Canal Park. Your private getaway includes: - A queen bedroom - Full bathroom w/ whirlpool bathtub - Living area w/ record player - Dedicated work area - Kitchenette - Beach access & 2 kayaks - Fire pit access The space The space includes private access to the entire basement of our bungalow. We designed the basement as if it were our own living space and we hope you can enjoy all the features to its fullest. In the living room you'll find a record and cassette player, as well as a TV signed in to Netflix. You'll also find games and reading material around the apartment. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, Keurig coffee machine, and cooking/eating utensils. In the bathroom you are free to use the whirlpool tub. Tucked away in the backyard next to the beach access is a firepit with wood that you are free to use. There is 1 off-street parking space available and additional parking is available on the street. Shelby and I live on-site upstairs so we are typically available to answer any questions or provide additional supplies you may need. Guest access You will have private access to the entire basement. Outside you are free to use the firepit area and beach access. At this time, the outdoor hot tub is not open for guests. Thank you for understanding! Other things to note The house is over 70 years old and the floors can get a bit squeaky when we walk around upstairs. We try our best to be mindful of this when there are guests but don't hesitate to reach out if there is too much of a disturbance!
