Rules and guidelines around parking are on passes and will be provided prior to check in. Grilling is not permitted. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Sheets, pillows, blankets and bath towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels, coolers, umbrellas, surf boards and chairs; etc. Other things to note Pools are closed over the winter months. Pending inspection, they should reopen in May. Sheets and bath towels are provided. We do not supply beach towels. There are 34 stairs leading up to the condo unit; the view is amazing!
