The space The living room is a cozy haven with a large couch, accent chairs, coffee tables, a stucco gas fireplace, and a big-screen TV. Guests can unwind in the reading nook or enjoy some friendly competition on the custom-made arcade console loaded with over 1,000 games. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a large granite island, a coffee bar stocked with flavored syrups, and all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals. The dining area features a table for 10 and additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island, perfect for gathering together for meals and conversation. The first master bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, nightstands, a big-screen TV, and direct access to the back deck. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity sink and a spacious walk-in shower, with all necessary linens and toiletries provided for a comfortable stay. The second Master Bedroom and Bathroom offers a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a closet with hangers, a big-screen TV, and direct access to a private deck. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink and a large walk-in shower, providing a relaxing space for guests. All necessary amenities such as linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are thoughtfully provided for a comfortable stay. The third Master Bedroom and Bathroom also boasts a king-size bed, nightstands, a big-screen TV, and direct access to a private deck, ensuring a cozy and convenient stay. This outdoor living space truly offers everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable experience, combining comfort, entertainment, and relaxation in one place. **Firewood Provided** General Information - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 16, with no exceptions. **Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin’s entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty if you are in a rural area.** Guest access Entire Cabin Other things to note It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo. Don’t forget these items when you come to visit: • Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year). • We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must. • Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams. • Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies. • Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning. • Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
