Sleeping Quarters Designed for comfort and privacy, the Primary Bedroom features a Queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for additional guests or children, equipped with a pyramid bunk bed (Double on the bottom, Twin on the top), and has easy access to the full hallway bathroom. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. STARTER KIT 1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. MISCELLANEOUS -The maximum occupancy is 5 people. -There is parking for 1 vehicles. -No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed. -Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. -Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable.
