Centrally located in Marble Falls, 2 minutes from the iconic Bluebonnet Cafe and 5 minutes from The Beloved Gallery, Lakeside Park and the public boat ramp at Lake Marble Falls. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house includes a large family room, wood floors, and a large backyard. Perfect for families wanting to hit the Highland Lakes or couples wanting some time alone. Close to the downtown area including shopping and dining. The space This house was purchased by my grandparents in the early 1980s. My grandmother loved the backyard…I am not even sure she looked inside the house. My brother and I grew up coming to visit Hoppy and Lallo’s place enjoying the Highland Lakes and massive treehouses my granddad (Hoppy) built in 2 cottonwood trees in the backyard that are long since gone. My grandmother, Wanda (Lallo), was a porcelain artist and much of her art can be seen throughout the house. My grandfather died in 2002 and grandmother died in 2018. My mom, Winnie (Lynn), moved here from Austin in 2004 to care for Lallo and fell in love with Marble Falls. Our kids grew up thinking of this as Winnie’s house. They would come here and climb on the rocks in the back yard. My mom passed away in August 2023 and we are still in the process of updating the house. We hope you make special memories here because that is exactly what Lallo and Winnie would want you to do. Enjoy Winnie’s place!
