Being in central Chichester, the house is surrounded by several small convenience stores for everyday essentials. For larger supermarkets, you'll find them just outside the city. For a fantastic lunch or brunch, we highly recommend The Barn in Little London (entrance on East Street) and Boston Tea Party on Baffins Lane—both just a 2-minute walk away. For dinner, try Giggling Squid for Thai cuisine, Brasserie Blanc, The Ivy, or Thyme & Chillies for delicious Indian food—all within a 10-minute walk. If you prefer to dine in, the area is well-served by Just Eat, Deliveroo, and Uber Eats for convenient food delivery. GETTING AROUND Chichester Bus Station: 11-minute walk Chichester Train Station: 12- minute walk London: Trains from London Victoria to Chichester run every 30 minutes and take approximately 1.5 hours. NEARBY ATTRACTIONS Chichester is a charming city, known for its cobbled streets and stunning Cathedral. If you're lucky, you might even spot the Peregrine Falcons that nest there! For a relaxing break between shopping, take a stroll along the city’s Walls—you can start the walk at the bottom of East Street or from Market Avenue. If you have a car, the nearby South Downs offer some beautiful walking spots. A few of our favourites include Halnaker Windmill (PO18 0NF), The Trundle near Goodwood Racecourse (PO18 0SP), Chalkdock Marsh in Itchenor (PO20 7AE), and the scenic Slindon Estate (Park Lane, Arundel). Don’t miss the Chichester Festival Theatre, especially in summer when they host incredible plays and a musical. For a charming escape, Bosham—just 4 miles away—is a quaint harbour village with rich Saxon history, perfect for a delightful afternoon visit. Guest access The entire townhouse is available for guests. The garage offers parking for one small to medium-sized car, with dimensions of 2.7m in width, 4.3m in length, and 2.5m in height. The EV charger is in the garage can be used upon request. Additional parking is available in the Little London Car Park (utilises MiPermit app), directly adjacent to the property. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule. Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out. CLEANING/ LINEN The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay. We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet rolls, shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in. PETS One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the house, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age). - Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. - Please do not allow them in the bedrooms or on the furniture. - Please clear up after them around the property. - Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house. - Please do not leave them alone in the property. - Please note there is no garden.
