Cutchogue Ocean front private beach best view NOFO

We bought this home in 2015 because it was the best view we had ever seen on the Northfork. Our house is a family home that is well loved, has mature landscaping and is on a quiet double cul-de-sac street. Or house is perched on a bluff overlooking Long Island sound and we have community steps two houses away that bring you down to the beach, it’s very easy. We have bikes and all the things you need for the Northfork whether that’s vineyards the beach fishing, chances are we have it. The space Our home is three full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We have an outdoor shower. We converted a bedroom to a California closet off the primary bedroom. The primary also connects to the bathroom which is for the upstairs. . we also have two sunrooms one on the upper and one on the lower level. The lower level we use as our office, but both can be used as a bonus room. We have an air mattress or a daybed/couch Our house is very clean and recently got new windows on the north side. It is our family’s home so we are certainly kid friendly It’s not the type of place where you feel you can’t take of your shoes. But with that said. We keep our house clean and tidy Guest access The whole house except the attic. EV charger and everything you see you can use! We have oooni pizza ovens. Bbq. Blenders. Lawn games. Tennis racquets.
