The space Our home is designed across four levels of light-filled, open-concept living, connected by floating stairs and a private 3-stop elevator. The 3rd floor is an entertainer's dream. Prepare gourmet meals in the chef's kitchen, gather around the massive island for cocktails, and watch the sunset from the oversized balcony. The 2nd floor is a haven for rest. It features a resort-like owner’s suite with a private terrace, walk-in closet, and a decadent ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms on this level share a full Jack & Jill bathroom. The 1st floor offers a versatile office/guest suite with a full bath that includes a rejuvenating steam sauna shower. From here, you can also access the 2-car garage. The basement level includes a laundry room, media room with a sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and extra bedroom with a king bed.
